The week started with a holiday on July 4th, so I resumed worked on Tuesday. This week, the programming for the query was completed as well as some other details on the charts. The new task was to create a new table from the existing once on the server in order the extract information regarding each missed shot during each game of the over 4500 games being analyzed. This information will then be used to to write up some codes for a heat map. I thus started by writing some code to create,  extract, compute and populate my new table on the server and then start  the programming for my heat map. By the time this task is done, I should have 4 maps representing the 4 different types of rebounds that are possible in a basketball game. The maps will be added in the same graphical user interface I have been building.

As always, I met with Yu-Han and/or Rajiv as the need arose. This week, I met them on Wednesday, but they were always present via email to answer all other questions that did not necessitate a scheduled meeting.
