HOW- TO THE DEE- TO THE Y = HOWDYYYYY!!!!!!!
I feel bad because on my social life, there is nothing much going on besides what I've already told you. Let's see, I get back from work, play League of Legends, eat, more League of Legends (or LOL XD), maybe watch a movie. Oh! On Friday we had a sleepover in one of our rooms (which is odd because I live in one of the rooms right next to a friend and our other friend just lives down the hall from us). The sleepover was fun though!
What I learned this week:
1. LOL is funny to say. You can be in a conversation with someone, say LOL, some random person comes up and just hears the LOL part, thinks 'that person is so weird for using text slang in real life', and then you will be like 'I < 3 playing LOL'.
2. I realised right now that by putting '<' right next to '3' makes this page not work.
3. I AM BECOMING MORE ADDICTED TO LEAGUE OF LEGENDS!!!! I NEED A SUPPORT GROUP!
4. Parody songs of popular songs that are about League are awesome.
5. I think I really do need to go to a 'LOL Anonymous ' meeting.
Work:
WE FINISHED THE PAPER!!!!! All of our sweat and tears went into that paper. Oh, by the way, this was the paper I mentioned at the end of Week 7's entry.
LET IT RAIN QUIZZES!!!! I've been writing a lot of quizzes, regardless on whether KidGab needs them then or not. It's helpful for me because then I can be like, 'me gonna post this quiz for the kids. it's posted. WAHHHHHHTTT!'. I feel bad now. I should be writing these more formally, but I feel if I write formally for these, my personality won't show through.
We sent these bracelets to the kids at one of the Girl Scout camps and we got more girls signing up out of their own free will and using KidGab than when we were doing the workshops. On Monday, the Graduate student was really happy about it and I started doing this little thing where I shake my arms and hands side to side in excitment. She thought it was werid.
Now that the paper is done, we are finishing up on the plugin. My partner is going to Dallas to visit her boyfriend this weekend, so we are going to wait until Week 9's Monday to post the plugin. I will let you know how that goes.
