Triumphant Tenth Week
This was my last week. I wrapped up as much as I could with the projects I had started. The certificate data project was finished. We had all turned in our qualitative codes and Quan began running statistics and is looking for interesting patterns. The phishing coding was done weeks ago and we had received a statistical analysis of the data from Quan. The passwords website was working! Hopefully, we will get useful results so that we can better educate people on how to create strong, memorable passwords.
I had a great experience at Indiana University in the Human and Technical Security lab (HATS). I enjoyed working with my colleagues on projects that would impact how we communicate about risks and safety online.
I wish everyone in the lab well and would like to thank Dr. Camp, Tim, and Jacob for their support of me on this journey. Also, a big thanks to the Distributed Research Experiences for Undergraduates (DREU) Program committee for their assistance in arranging this amazing opportunity.
