My DREU Experience 

My DREU Summer experience has definitely been an eye opener about graduate school. Being in Atlanta, GA for the summer has been great and I have been able to do things that I normally could not do in Mississippi like going to festivals, NPHC national events, and Conventions. The down sides was having to drive everyday to Georgia Tech due to the heavy traffic and reckless drivers, but now I see by its important to obtain suitable housing that is affordably and a decent distance from school. As far as my research experience it was great I learned so many different things and improved on my previous skills. The lab I worked in had a great atmosphere and every one was nice and supporting of each other. I have completely enjoyed everyone and Georgia Tech will definitely be a graduate school I apply to this up coming year.
