I'm Koran

​A student from Mississippi Valley State University. I am in the department of math, computer and informational science. Majoring in computer science and mathematics, I am striving for success in field I'm majoring in. An uprising junior that only has one goal, and that is to develop myself into a great person. I plan to graduate in 2020 with a bachelors, and go on to grad school after.

Mentor

My DREU mentor is Cheryl Seals. My first experience meeting Dr. Seals was great. Dr. Cheryl Seals is an associate professor in Auburn University's Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering.  Her research areas of expertise are human computer interaction, user interface design, usability evaluation and educational gaming technologies. Seals also works with outreach initiatives to improve computer science education at all levels. The programs are focused on increasing the computing pipeline by getting students interested in STEM disciplines and future technology careers.
