Background 

I am born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Currently, I am majoring in computer engineering at Jackson State University. I am a member of the W.E.B. Du Bois Honors College and participates in a number of professional organizations, including NASA Swarmathon, CodeZone, IEEE, and NSBE. I have interned at The Washington Center (TWC) where I worked for the startup NotInMyCountry. On the following summer, I would with a local company in Jackson, MS p3strategies. As a DREU student, I worked at the University of New Mexico with Dr. Malernie Moses an swarm robotics. I volunteers as a peer tutor on campus, and plans on pursuing a Ph.D. in Robotics or relative fields after graduation. 

Educational achivement

I have 3.9 GPA.  I am a recipient of
​Academical and Engineering scholarship. I have been awarded certificate for students research acknowledgement.
