My name is Omar White and I am a student at Indiana University participating in an REU at The University of Alabama. This site is designed to chronicle my experience. I'm working on a project for 10 weeks this summer. The research will involve finding a low cost way to collect data from river beds where there are no cellular towers to transmit the data and to have this data update in real time.
