GOAL: Summarize the results. Write a research report and final report with mentor.
OUTCOME: WorkQueue is now implementing NAMD and generating all files (log, velocity, coordinate, and xsc).
After making the attempt to code for the replica exchange portion of implementation, I have discovered that it is beyond my skill level.
I am now being rescued by one of the graduate students.
Upon completion of this last bit of coding I will run a series of REMD tests report the results.
