7/7 - Meeting day. Our Ruby script is completely converted but, of course, it doesn't work. So our other assignment, other than figuring out doxygen and getting it to show us the function calls, is to get our Ruby script running and produce some actual data. Other than that, our assignment is just to figure out how to divulge the function calls from the source code, which has so far evaded us. Our options are to bug Rob about his static analysis and to parse the codelines by hand to find the function calls (OMG NO). We shall see how this works out.
7/10 - Well, after 4 days of intense debugging, we have gotten rid of all of the syntax errors in our script. However, the script still does nothing when it is run. We have emailed Sunny a couple of times, but to no avail. No word on finding function calls either. Drat. |
