7/20 - So begins my last week here in Philly. I got Cold Stone today... it was delicious. Ritika and I have also planned to go out on Wednesday night and gorge ourselves on the best cheesecake in the world--The Cheesecake Factory! It will be a wonderful way to end our journey here. :]
7/21 - Had an eventful afternoon today. Went to Mad Mex for lunch with pretty much everyone that was in the lab (Kevin, Rob, Ritika, and Basil), and it was great. After work, Ritika remembered that she left her wallet in my purse after lunch, so I met up with her and ended up joining her for most of the afternoon running around to the library and other such places. For dinner, we went to Chipotle, and it was delicious, as always. After all of that, I stayed up late with Ritika. We watched Star Trek and ate pizza with a few friends of hers in Bossone. They go to class there and had access to a conference room with a huge TV and could link to a computer, so we had a good time with Star Trek. I love that movie. Another great day.
7/22 - Another great day today. Ritika and I decided earlier that we would go to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner, and it was delicious. All we had were appetizers and cheesecake. We couldn't even finish them, but it was soooo good!! After dinner, we went back to Bossone for the last time and were up until 6:30AM watching movies, specifically AI and Mulan. It was wonderful, but we ended up getting an e-mail from the professor asking to go to lunch at 11:00AM... so no sleep, haha. But that's ok. It was totally worth it.
7/23 - Had lunch with Yuanfang and Ritika today. We went to the Italian market... and could not find any Italian retaurants... just Mexican. So we had Mexican, haha. It was a pleasant lunch, and a great way to end our time here. Since Ritika is leaving tomorrow morning for the Newark airport, we just ended our journey today, on Thursday. I'm going to spend the rest of the week relaxing, packing, and cleaning my room in preparation to move out and go back home!! I'm so excited!!
