About Me
Hello! My name is Mandy Korpusik, and I am a rising senior at Olin College in Needham, MA (in case you've never heard of Olin, it's a new, hands-on, innovative engineering college of approximately 330 students). I am majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and I plan to start applying for Ph.D. programs in Computer Science at the end of the summer.
I am passionate about encouraging women to pursue engineering and was President of Olin's section of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) last semester. I love singing and playing the piano, swimming and running, and reading novels. I enjoy teaching and was a course assistant for Olin's introductory programming course Software Design. My favorite project last semester was the final creative scene for my Computer Graphics class in Wellesley College's Department of Computer Science.
