My Mentor: Dr. Maja Mataric
Dr. Mataric is a chan soon-shiong professor of computer science, neuroscience, and pediatrics at the University of Southern California. She is the founder and director of the Interaction Lab at USC. Her Interaction Lab’s research explores how socially assistive robotics may help people through individual non-contact assistance in convalescence, rehabilitation, training, and education.
