The project I will be working on is to understand and improve web services that Dr. Benson discussed with some associates at IBM about. The web services that I will be researching are currently being leveraged by the modern mobile applications and websites developed to run on the cloud for different functionality. An example of this is the Facebook button that is on different websites, advertisements, and youtube links which are all based on web services. This project will also focus on understanding the security, performance, and privacy implications of the web services API that we build mobile Apps and websites from.
