The main event today for me was my meeting with Anat where we did a progress report on where we were in the Paratransit Project and what our next steps would be once we got feedback from Matthew and had the rest of our team assembled (they start work with us next Tuesday). Right now it seems that we've done about as much as we can before getting more answers from Matthew, so in the mean time Anat asked me if I would like to take up a side project. She introduced two different projects that work with the pupil eye tracker device, and she explained how both the students who worked on those projects will be transferring their code tomorrow afternoon. She said that I could pick which one interests me more, but from first hearing about them the one that works to recognize QR codes and process them sounds very interesting.
We also went to a lunch today that brought together all the students and faculty that work with accessibility projects. It was really interesting for me to hear about all the different work and projects that they do.
