About Me

My name is Molly Salman and I am originally from Las Vegas, New Mexico which is 2 hours north of Albuquerque. I am a rising senior at Austin College majoring in Mathematics and double minoring in Computer Science and Spanish. Austin College is located in ShermanTexas, an hour north of Dallas. I am so happy I made the choice to go there. AC is a small Liberal Arts college that offers many benefits such as small class sizes and close relationships with professors. If it wasn't for the close relationships between students and professors I would not be studying computer science. At school I am a member of the Austin College Activators, the Computer Science and Robotics club, the Gamma Gamma Gamma fraternity, and a member of the Lady Roo's Volleyball team. (Our mascott is the kangaroo). I have also had the opportunity to study abroad. In January 2012 I spent a month in Spain. Then in January 2013 I traveled around Guatemala, Belize and Mexico!

In my free time I like to read. I am currently reading the Game of Thrones series. I also enjoy cooking, exercising, hiking, swiming, playing volleyball, and watching movies. Hopefully I can go see a bunch of movies this summer if I have any free time. I also like to camp. The best part about camping are the s'mores!
