DMP@UCSD 2007

Beth Simon is my faculty mentor for this summer. Beth holds a bizarrely titled faculty position at the University of California, San Diego. She earned her BS in Computer Science and Spanish at the University of Dayton in 1995 and her PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, San Diego in 2002. Beth is interested in computer science education and educational technology with a specific bent towards multi-institutional studies. She teaches large computer science courses at the University of California, San Diego. In her spare time, she bicycles on road, off road, on singles and tandems.

I am also working with Krista Davis, a grad student in the UCSD CSE department.
