Using SPSS we calculated the Pearson Correlation for each pair's EDA data. I also calculated a number of individual features for the EDA data of each individual which included the mean EDA, the number of peaks, and the mean peak amplitude. Then we computed a number of synchrony features:

1 - difference between means for each pair

2 - difference between number of peaks for each pair

3 - difference between average peak amplitude for each pair

4 - Euclidean distance of the 3 difference measures - this Dr. Kleinsmith did in SPSS

I re-read the gaming dyads paper and wrote up notes for my presentation on Monday.
