GOAL: Continue Week 8 and analyze the results.

OUTCOME: Finally, I have WorkQueue implementing NAMD but it is not generating all of the files it is supposed to generate. Missing in action are the velocity, coordinate, and xsc files. These are necessary for the replica exchange portion of implementation.

CHALLENGES: I must find way to generate all the necessary files, then I must find a way to get back on track with the scheduled plan.
