GOAL: Continue comparing REMD on WorkQueue and in regular MPI environment
OUTCOME: Still behind the scheduled plan but I have (with the help of many unsung heroes) the "segmentation fault" problem has been resolved. It was a matter of WorkQueue being unable to access 3 critical files. I am now coding to create that access.
CHALLENGES: I must ensure that WorkQueue has access to the parameters, pdb, and psf files
