A movie is projected on the side of the building, and you bring a chair and watch it. They have a movie nearly every Saturday evening in summer. There is a wide variety of movies, so you're likely to find at least one that suits you. The "theatre" is in Fremont, apparently a pretty cool neighborhood (I haven't been there much yet).
