I am currently spending my second summer at the HCI Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, under the direction of Jeffery Bigham. We are looking at the prevalence of alternative text on Twitter, and why people choose not to provide it to their images. Our end goal is to increase the accessibility of social media websites like Twitter.
