Weely Outline 7 - (July 11 - July 15)
Howdy!
The weeks are easily going by..... and we are now working our hardest in order to finish this project in time. We did huge progress! Had a great week and looking forward to the next!
Monday
- Had a group discussion on what we need to prioritize first and what we still need in order to complete our task.
- Added a global x and y in our code.
Tuesday
- Attended Mukulika’s C++ Lesson Meeting.
- Attended Motion Planning Meeting.
- Set up Aruco Markers for the boxes, and coordinates for the according box.
Wednesday
- Attended Mukulika’s C++ Lesson Meeting
- We all got together and brainstormed on a title for our project.
- We tested the global coordinates for the robot.
Thursday
- Attended Mukulika’s C++ Lesson Meeting
- Finished Vector assignments.
- We tried to add a SetOdometry function, but we yet realized that it is not possible with the iCreates.
Friday
- Attempted to fix the Rotate function because it would give us an inaccurate turn.
- Met with Saurabh to discuss the changes in our project.
- Created the Weekly Outline.
- Scratched off our localization code, and created a new way to navigate the robot by using the aruco markers.
Goals for Next Week
- Assemble at least a letter of the Texas A&M logo.
