About

I am a Research Assistant to Dr. Jaime Ruiz at the Colorado State University Human Computer Interface Lab (HCI). I'm a second year undergraduate student in Computer Engineering and Computer Science at the same university and intend to graduate in the spring of 2017.

I'm living and working in Catonsville, Maryland during the summer semester of 2014 as a Research Assistant to Dr. Amy Hurst at the HCI and Information Systems Department at the University Of Maryland at Baltimore County. This internship is through the Distributed Research Experiences for Undergraduates Program (DREU).

Goals

I aim my research towards assisting disabled computer users. My goal is to bridge hardware and software development with a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) development structure in order to progress the development of hardware and interfaces for disabled users.
