Chicago is one of the most beautiful and amazing cities I have ever seen. It is known as the "Windy City", however it should also be known as the "Rainy City". Chicago has many issues with flooding problems. The city can accumulate so much water that there is not enough room in the sewer system to collect the entire overflow or enough time for it to all be treated through the plants. The ecoCollage Project plans on finding a way to deal with these problems.
