This week, the final week of the program, I managed to put together an implementation of the weighting scheme of our algorithm that compiles and runs but outputs meaningless data. Working on this went much faster since I had already implemented much of the structure I needed while working on the kernel density part of the algorithm, but tracking down the data flow will be very hard.
I hope to continue working on this with Dr. Dutta so that we will be able to empirically test our algorithm.
