Week Four This week, I updated code and images to the prototype. I have added a second panel and another lock box to the Audience View interface. I am currently working on resizing and spacing the remaining labels that I need to add to the profiles. I have also been working on my website. After becoming familiar with the original code used to develop Audience View, I coded a third profile into prototype. This additional profile will allow us to give participants a preliminary interface to become familiar with before taking part in the actual study. Week Five After making updates and finalizations to all three Audience View profiles, I began drafting up the questions for the study. The preliminary questionnaire is designed to capture users' biographical information. The task questionnaire instructs users to complete certain assignments with both Facebook's privacy settings interface and our prototype. The questionnaires are still in the early stages of development. Our team will have a meeting this week about additional changes that need to be made to the questionnaire and the prototypes before we can begin the study. I have begun to start the outline for my final paper. I am reviewing several articles and research papers that contain information about online social networks. Week Six We made finalizations to all the questionnaires. The post interview questionnaire was created last. In the post interview questionnaire participants are asked whether or not they liked the interface the either of the interfaces and why. Participants are also asked if they have suggestions or comments that can help improve our interface.
