Week 9

By looking at images and their associated texture measure I decided that images with less than Contrast values of 20 seemed to be empty or not contain crystals. Usually Crystals have very high contrasts, I want to test different contrast values and see if I loose too much data by pre-selecting only images that have adequate contrast values.
