Variables

We use a variety of variables in this paper and in the program; for convenience, the most relevant variables and when they are used are presented in Table 1 and 2. The values in Table 1 were used for the majority of the data and graphs presented in Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10. The values in Table 2 were used for the majority of the data and graphs presented in Sections 6 and 11. Isolated instances where different values were used for the variables than just stated in any of the sections, are mentioned specifically in those sections along with the values used.

Any Buyer Percent, wA 0.5
Min Buyer Percent, wB 0.5
Maximum Value of Item to Buyer, v 1.0
Minimum Cost of Item to get Profit, c 0.5
Number of Prices 100
Number of Pricebots, s 100
Number of Buyers, b 10,000

Any Buyer Percent, wA 0.25
Min Buyer Percent, wB 0.75
Maximum Value of Item to Buyer, v 1.0
Minimum Cost of Item to get Profit, c 0.5
Number of Prices 6
