Notice in Figure 12 that ultimately, regardless of whether or not the DF explore, the DF will ultimately decrease to 0 and the GT will increase to 100. This follows from the profits graphs in Section 8.2. Since the DF are unable to consistently make profits greater than the gt, the DF eventually disappear from the population.
