I didn't want to put anything up about my yoga class when I first
started it because I didn't really know anything about what it would
be like. But I've had three classes so far, and I can at least have
an idea of whether or not I like it by now...
...and I do! I love it. It's very hard - I'm not very flexible and
some of the stuff we do is very challenging. But it's also very
rewarding. When we relax at the end of the class, and focus on
letting go of all tension, there's an awareness of all of the
different parts of the body that's very centering. I'm getting a yoga
mat and the book that my instructor recommended so that I can do it
more often.
