About Me
Hi!
My name is Luise, and I am a DREU research intern at Columbia Univeristy this summer. I just finished my second year as a computer science major at UC Berkeley, and I plan on graduating in the spring of 2017. I am curious by nature and entered college not knowing what I wanted to major in. I tried out classes in everything from neurobiology to psychology, economics and computer science. After a year of exploration, I was convinced that computer science was the right fit for me. I love to fiddle around with the code and solve puzzles, I like how I need to pay attention to small details as well as the big picture, and I really enjoy how programming allows me to be creative and build both entertaining and useful programs. I am super excited to intern at Columbia and be part of a big research project with great impact.
