JOURNAL: WEEK 6 July 19 - 25, 2009
RESEARCH:
This week I have gotten my heat map edges blending. I have also have been working on sending the file through the HashRF program from within the file. I am successfully getting the tree file through the HashRF program, but am currently having issues getting the output reformatted to use to form the Heatmap (See Figure). I have added another color so that it is easier to see the greater range of change. I have also added labels for easier interpretation. Since I am going to be out of town this weekend for my sisters wedding, I will be begin the poster, presentation, and the final report.
LIFE:
I spent this weekend on last minute wedding stuff and enjoying the sun. There is a pool at my housing complex that I have been laying by as I continue through the Left Behind book series that I am currently reading.
