Where I'm Staying

Unfortunately, Penn State no longer offers housing here to non-Penn State students. So I was stuck finding my own housing. Thankfully, Professor Rosson had put me and Lauren in contact with one another, so we looked into finding housing together. Lauren did a lot of the legwork, because she is awesome, and found two guys looking to sublease their apartment. Lauren did a lot of the negotiating, and since they were pretty eager to sublease, we snagged the apartment for half of what it usually goes for. So we are living in The Graduate, which is on South Atherton St. It really could not be better placed - we're so close to the IST building that we walk to work every morning, and we're within walking distance of a couple grocery stores. Of course, my definition of walking distance is anything less than three miles. We're also right next to College Avenue, which is where all the little stores and resturants are.
