Significant Genes

This is an abridged list (click here for a full list) of significant genes seen across datasets (Harvard, Michigan, and Ontario only). The genes, which were analyzed in the Harvard dataset, were designated as significant in a paper by Cowen et. al.

Please note that the genes highlighted in green present in all three datasets (Harvard, Michigan, and Ontario).

When an alternate gene name appears in the Michigan or Ontario column, it indicates that the specified Harvard gene was not found, but a similar gene was present.
