During this week I finished the database: decisions on the size of the fields are made and integrities are enforced. I had some errors but I took care of them and now I am ready for data population. I have to enter data from Dr. Antón's research on the CommerceNet studio and Angela's project on web security (this is the point where our work merges together).
During this week I played volleyball, went bowling and watched movies (Jurassic Park III is not as good as the first two). During the Thursday volleyball game my friend (Ergun) tried to hit the ball and slid. Consequently we discovered that there is concrete 5 cm under the sand!!! We were in the emergency room till midnight. He is feeling much better now. On Friday night, I went to the Turkish CafÈ. I had a lot of fun talking to people, drinking Turkish cafÈ and dancing. The next day I went to a "good-bye" party for a PhD student from NCSU. I met about thirty new people there, most of which are working on their graduate or master degree.
